Khan always looks like this before training camp starts. This goes back a long time. Same exact thing before Alexander.

He'll be his usual lean, fit self.

If you train thousands of hours, (making weight) still can be ruined by a weekend of undisciplined eating :verysad

Mark Walberg? 5'6" 150 lb when he's in great shape. Even when bulked up for that trainer movie he was as large as test could get him and peaked at 162

Mark Wahlberg is 5'8". He's 165 in shape (cut). For Pain and Gain, the weightlifting movie you referenced, he was 205 lbs. I'd imagine he was 160 or less in The Gambler.

Current Lemieux, yeah I guess he's not. In the past though, the thick midsection, wide hips, soft appearance and rather slender shoulders in relation just has always said skinny fat to me, or at least bordering on it. More so for a guy who's job is athletics, as opposed to the average guy on the street. Seeing Khan in that condition, 154 is probably where he peaks out. Doesn't really look like he carries 160's all that well even if it is between camps. Maybe I just expect too much from professional athletes.
