Nah, I think the fight will be almost a carbon-copy of Khan-Garcia, with Khan this time at least not being stupid enough to get himself knocked out that early. Brook by 8th round stoppage, after Khan enjoys early success.

 

Considering Brook is the more skilled of the two, I find that hard to believe.

 

Sorry, Brook's last fight showed how limited he is.

Brook looked out of his depth in his last fight, with his poor stamina he will get KO'd by Khan late on in the fight. Im by no means a Khan fan, i just think he is a level above Brook and i really don't see Khan getting KO'd again. He will go back to basics and do them well.

Should be a cracking fight, i really can see it happening next year. can only be good for us.

 

^^ I'm actually dreading it now. Khan's talked himself up massively for this. He's set himself up for a horribly big fall.

I don't think he will. Khan also isn't a pressure fight like Carson was. I'm not sure he'll test Brook's stamina like he did.

Things like stamina can be worked on. We'll see what difference the new conditioner and nutritionist makes to Kell on Oct 20th. One thing that Kell has massively in his favour is he has the fundamentals already in place and a good ring IQ to back it up. In the Jones fight when he was up against it, his instincts meant he was still planting his feet and attempting to time his shots, he also showed he can take a shot if his fundamentals fail him. Khan's instinct against Garcia was pure panic and to get into a brawl with a brawler. Kell's skills are far superior to Khan's. Amir really should have learned the basics by now and a defence (of some sort) is one of the first things he should have mastered. Working with Virgil Hunter should make a huge difference over time.

I genuinley hope Khan comes good again as a year or so down the line, Kell overcoming his stamina issues and Khan with a defence, this fight could be incredible and great for British boxing. Skill and accuracy versus speed and power (If Khan can carry his power up at 147.)

 

Brook got embaressed there. He didn't know what to say at all. Wasn't comfortable arguing in public I know he didn't enjoy that. Khan came across quite credible and confident actually.

I like the fact he laid it down and said I will do this rather than his earlier stance of acting til aloof for the fight even to be a possibility.

Brook for him with a couple of corkers like saying 'il make you do that silly dance again' but basically he allowed himself to get shouted down and when asked 'who decent have you fought' brook had nothing to come back with.

 

Not sure mate, i just want to see Khans next fight and have a look at any changes his new trainer has made. With Roach he was doing the same **** over and over again. Throwing the same combinations on the pads, throwing the same flurry of punches in fights then going into his corner and nodding his head because he couldn't understand a word Roach was mumbling at him.

I dont think Khans power is that great at 140 but that will improve when his timing improves. His timing is way off and he wastes a lot of shots. Needs to work on his accuracy.

Who knows? Brook may just walk through Khan and end his career, either way its going to be a *******, i favour Khan due to the level of competition he has faced. You can pick holes in Khan but he has fought the best or atleast tried to.

and for the record im no Khan fan i loved seeing him get sparked by Garcia!!
