    Khan could have avoided this kind of trouble by tackling a man they knew a bit more about...... I thought Edner Cherry was the kind of guy they should have faced, someone at least who they could have done some decent homework on.....

    Cherry would have knocked him out even more dramatically than he did Wes Ferguson. Cherry has faster hands than Prescott and despite the knockout ratios probably hits harder and is an all round better fighter.

    Jorge Rubio trained Richard Abril to fight Breidis Prescott, that was Prescott's last fight just 2 months ago. It was because of that fight that Rubio suggested Prescott. Most people felt Abril deserved to get the decision over Prescott(just) but he lost a split decison.

    All the homework in the World couldn't have saved Khan, once he got hit that was going to be it.

    Khan got starched by this guy?? Hmmm, first fighter he ever fought with a decent KO percentage. Why am I not surprised? :lol:

    That was a brutal combo he got caught with. He approached the fight totally wrong, he was trying to match Prescot with hard punches, what he should have done was develope his jab and let Prescot tire out before he rushed in.

    i looked the other dude up and he's also undefeated and beaten quite a few undefeated fighters, could be the real deal, maybe the next casamayor?
