I'm sure in one of these last nine pages someone posted a gif of Maidana buckling his legs in the tenth, but yeah...

Lol...I mean, obviously he was hurt, I mean **** there were quotes of Roach talking about throwing in the towel and ****. I'm not hating on the dude though, he's a young dude with an ego, he won the fight, and **** if he says he wasn't hurt I'll accept it. I know he was but I'm not willing to fight him to prove it, have your moment kid...you earned it.

Khan's attitude reminds me of Mayweather's - delusional to the extreme. I think he will be perceived thesame way as PBF soon in the U.S. (talented but extremely insecure ego maniac), which is not a bad thing for business but probably not what Khan himself wants.

Have you actually gone up to the man to talk to him?

He is one of the most modest and down to earth boxers today. Don't characterize his PR machine with his personality. His A-hole manager called Maidana a POS fighter and he went himself to Maidana's manager to apologize.

And PBF might be the most wholesome guy in the world but his PR machine makes him seem like a jerk in the public's eye. Bottom line is, Khan is ultimatly responsible for how his "PR machine" portrays him and the statments he makes during interviews.

  6. It seems he feels a million dollars after his win.

    Not even close.

If Roach comes out tomorrow and says "I can make Khan ready for Mayweather", it doesn't mean Khan is some cocky SOB who is getting in over his head, it just means Roach knows how to train his fighters to take on Mayweather, but you'd get on his case regardless.

Most fighters who have PR Machines (not all have the luxury), barely have control over them. In this case, Goldenboy is touting Khan with more than he can currently chew, and Khan would only look weak if he tried to contradict the words of his own promoter.

To all the idiots who are still overreacting to these comments, have a look at Khan's lates interview on the front page of ESB. Khan in there states he was hurt.

he was obviously hurt in the 10th you could see after that shot landed he was unsteady on his feet and then after taking a few more you could see he was ****ed. it was lucky the bell went another few more seconds and khan would of been on his ass.

even when the bell went walking back to the corner he could not walk in a straight line:patsch
