my guess is that they are keeping roach for the sparring he would of got in wikdcard but it would be nazeem who would take the lead role.
It may help. After Khan is brutally wobbled in a round and just makes it out to his corner, Naazim will give him a pep talk.. "cmon son, you got it in you..you cut from a different glass!" khan gets brutally KOed again... khan vows to come back: "this loss will make me stwon-guh!" lol in all seriousness i greatly respect Bro. Naz
Think all trainers are overrated (excluding a few exeptional ones - like the way Cus crafted Tyson) At the end of the day the fighter is the guy who does the job.. People say Freddie gave Pacquiao use of his right hand.. bull****.. he used that right hook all throughout his early career. He gave Khan some good gameplans and mental solidarity.. Think Khan's team made a good choice in keeping Freddie part time and bringing Ariza back in however. I'm suprised there arn't many fighters who train themselves.... All brought up from a young age to believe they need a mentor or their doomed to failure. 70percent of the stuff trainers spout at fighters is forgotten alot of the time... I mean after 2009 Pacquiao probaly learn't zilch from Freddie... just took in the gameplan....and as a fighter i'd want to work out my own gameplan...Reason Mayweather is such a good boxer.
Who cares what trainer he gets, he's not going to change. He should stick to roach since he lives in LA if he gets a new trainer then he goes somewhere else. He can get a good pay day fighting tomato cans. And he hasn't spoken anything about boxing recently so he's starting to careless anyways.
khan has to be careful, like he says - what you can't see hurts you the most. towel comes out of nowhere
khan does'nt give a **** about his boxing career you think he'd be in his gym in bolton addressing some of his flaws but he's out in spain getting drunk.
