It has the potential to be very similar to Pac - DLH, or Duran - Barclay if Barrera has one last great fight in him. I think its probably going to be the latter, Im going with Barrera KO.
No, it doesn't. What the ****?! Are you serious? Barrera isn't completely shot, so would absolutely batter Khan right now. It's only two fights ago, since he was competitive with Marquez. Then he lost easily to Pac, but didn't look finished. This fight would be similar to Barrera/Fana, if you want a proper comparison. Khan couldn't even beat a shot Michael Gomez easily, so he isn't going to dominate an old ATG. The idea that Khan, who isn't a big puncher at all, could stop Barrera is absolutely ****ing laughable. Saying that, should be against the rules of ESB right next to racism and posting graphic porn. ****ing joke...
No way Khan is knocking out anyone. Khan will make a good showing but for all the pre-fight bravado, the occasion will get to him and he'll likely be making a return visit to the canvas somewhere around the eighth if not sooner.
Khan will not stop Barrera. Is Barrera strong enough lightweight? I do think if he catches Khan then Khan will go down as he has no resistance. I pick Barrera to win inside 7 rounds.
Khans chin is wank but he has a worldclass trainer. I realise he cant really improve his chin, but he can improve Khan's defense and implement an effective strategy. Khan's power and speed get somewhat forgotton on this forum. If he avoids getting hit by powerful punches in the head he could win. Khan hits harder than any opponent Barrera has faced and he has sick speed on top of that. Im not sayin Khan is definitely going to win and im definitely not saying it will be easy. Im sayin he can win and he can force the stoppage if he listens to everything Roach says and improves his defense
