Khan hasn't fought a top 10 guy in over 2 years . Guerrero is his best opponent since Garcia. With Guerrero's best win at WW being Berto almost 2 years ago, I would say he is the perfect opponent for Khan to carry on the trend of fighting low-class opposition relative to his Mayweather and Pacquiao ambitions
If you really think Collazo deserved to be ranked in the top 10 then you're more deluded than I thought. Khan has to avenge his devastating losses, at the very least Garcia. But the poor kid is too busy chasing a big fight to cash out to pay for his coke bills. Khan is a borderline sideshow where people watch just for the spectacle of him wobbling around the ring.
