I'm not saying just because Bradley fought Casa that it means it's fight for Khan to fight Mosley. I mainly brang that up because there's a fair amount of double standards who weren't on Bradley's case but will surely be on Amir's case. I still think it's a good fight, man. It wouldn't be PPV anyway, so as long as we won't have to pay £15 for it, then I'm good with it. I'd rather watch Khan-Mosley over Khan-McCloskey, wouldn't you? :blurp
I know I'll probably take some heat for this, but I think Mosley beats Khan. Khan is easy to hit, has never fought at 147, and Mosley still hits very hard. I think Mosley has a great shot at beating Khan. :smoke
No, because I care about Mosley's legacy and name being dragged through the dirt by being used to prop up the record of a fighter of Khan's caliber. Also, I don't know one person who didn't groan when Casamayor-Bradley was made, as well as one person who enjoyed watching the fight.
Well, that's down to Shane at the end of the day. Most were pissed (the one's who posted about it, of course), but if it's Khan, it's a massive uproar of people going crazy. I'm pretty sure I saw a thread not that long ago say Brook-Mosley and people really liking the idea of it, as well.
Really? Having one long past-it legend's name on your record isnt that bad but why have 2? MAB gave him some publicity when he was relatively unknown. Amir has recently been a unified champion, why does he need to step up in weight & face a horribly shot former great? If he really wants to go up to 147 soon fighting Brook would be a much better fight.
Decent fight imo. Shane is still a name and very capable of beating Khan. I don't mind older guys being thrown in with the younger guys. The roles were reversed when they were making their name in their career. And like Morales v Maidana, things don't always go to script.
Yeah, somewhere. I tried to find it but I'm damn sure I saw one. I'm all for Amir facing young hungry strong guys, don't get me wrong. I just have no problem with Mosley.
And I doubt it would happen anyway after the disgusting way Mosley stuck the knife into GBP to get the Pac fight.
If Prescott's stamina wasn't so ****, he'd be a very live dog against anyone not named Floyd or Manny.
Peterson will never fight Khan in a rematch because he knows he would get knocked out! Khan was a fool for fighting in Peterson's home town with Peterson's personal referee and judges, well, two judges. Khan was conned and so were the fans.
Not much reward but fairly big risk of Mosley landing the hardest punch Khan has ever felt in his life on Khans chin. Even a shot Mosley is bigger, stronger, faster and hits a LOT harder than Marcos Maidana and Bredis Prescott and they found the chin, Shane would put Khan out imo.
Lose-lose situation. If he does what's expected of him and dominates Mosley, then it'll be "so what, Mosley is shot to pieces". And if he loses, it'll be ":roflatsch:hi::yep" Bad fight. Really bad fight.
