I don't think you have to be an elite fighter to beat Khan. Anyone who can take a punch can easily get to Khan and touch him and touch him very easily and hard.

The question then becomes does Shane still have a chin? I think he does compared to what Khan can throw out. The next question is can Khan take a hard Shane punch? The answer to that question, in my mind is, Hell no.

Shane is one of the physically strongest 147 pounders out there. Khan isn't physically strong at all, even at 140. Shane would bully him in the ring. Mosley, ATG chin. Khan.. not an ATG chin. Shane's a more powerful puncher too, and Khan is easy to hit. Even now, Shane wins this all day long.

Mosley by savage ko. The improved chin version of khan was almost out against maidana. Shane has a power and reach advantage over khan.

And Maidana's power is slightly overrated. ****, Khan was on ***** street several times against feather fisted Peterson.

As washed up as Shane may have looked like, this would be the end line for Khan... Once and for all the british supporters out there, Khan is not to be an all time great so even if he has stopped one Zab Judah with a borderline shot, held on to a almost smashing affair from round 10 up until the 12th against Maidana, he faces Mosley in his first fight at 147 pounds and he won't have the smarts, cool and flair to do a Winky Wright or a Floyd Mayweather on him, least of all a Forrest on him. And if he tests his chin with Mosley like Cotto did, then it's end of the line and lights out for the Olympic silver medallist.

Boxing is a funny sport , I mentioned Shane as the perfect 147 lbs fight for Khan just after the Judah fight.

I was slated a little on here for that as Shane was too old and too easy to hit.

I still think he is , but the views on here have changed a lot.

Without legs and without stamina i don't see a rapidly deteriorating Mosley walking within firing range of Khan. Mosley's best bet is to head to 154 where it's less taxing on him physically to make weight and where the fighters are slower. Khan is faster and a better puncher than Mora. He also a slick fast out fighter who like Vernon Forrest will steer Shane around the ring with his jab. Stylistically Khan is a problem for Mosley who without all his physical gifts is a very ordinary fighter.

Make it happen! It makes sense to go that route before fighting for a title at 147.

Shane by KO. Khan doesn't have the power to keep Shane honest.

Khan's jab..? He barely has one. He's not steering anyone anywhere with that jab. 1-2, 1-2, flurries. That's his entire offence.

Maidana isn't very mobile and he landed a lot on Khan, so Mosley wouldn't have much trouble doing so either. He is very easy to hit, whether you're a quick guy or not.

Khan is the fastest man alive moving backwards. I dont think Old Mosley can catch him and if he did catch him, he would be so tired he wouldnt be able to hit him. Khan by exaustion.
