witter can't do 140 and hasn't fought in forever. he isn't relevant at the moment. his performances have been questionable too. prescott, murray, katsidis etc someone interesting who will come to fight.
a better draw than peterson. and i think could make some decent money. and this is a decent achiever in witter. even though he has pulled off some spectacularly poor fights but wit holt,bradley,ortiz,judah,urango etc. it should not be an option...at all

Why does it have to be at 140? There is no reason why Khan can't take this fight at 147 is there? Bradley fought an interim fight at 147 to test the waters. Why can't Khan? This was never going to be a massive test, just a stay busy fight after the war against Maidana. Take a test at a higher weight. Come back down in July and fight Timmy.
Witter cant draw flies, i thought this fight was to replicate the winner of bradley vs alexander. It definitely doesnt, why not fight kell brook at a catchweight instead of a old shot and weight drained fighter.
