Roach has already said that there is NO WAY Khan will fight Maidana at this stage.

if khan wins malliganggi would be a great fight for him. Mlaiggnaggi would not be able to stop khan or really hurt him badly and he his very beatable as khan would over rule maliggnagi best asset his speed.

Thats what ****s me off about Roach.

Khan can fight for a title, if he wins he is then going to fight sub par opponents instead of stepping up and fighting world class opponents, its a ****ing disgrace.

Also i think the only reason they are fightig Kotelnik is because they think Kotelnik is one dimensional, i think team Khan are in for a rude awakening tonight.

But if Khan does win, and wins good then i will one of the first to say i was wrong as i really rate Kotelnik.

  4. Why should he retire if he loses:huh the guys 22

I'm glad you were never a part of Manny's team after his losses to Torrecampo and that Thai guy.

2 losses and the guys finished at 22... no wonder fighters want to remain protected nowadays

What say ye all now?? Good performance tonight, but still plenty to learn from Khan as he is only 22. Hope to god they dont relinquish the title to fight Morales or something similarly daft.. need to make a defence. Mallignagi maybe?

If they made the hatton fight it would be ABSOLUTELY HUGE on these shores. The buzz around boxing would be unreal. After tonight I think I'd pick Khan assuming Ricky is really washed up.

Roach wont want Hatton or Maidana so I'd go with Malignaggi.... In a sort of pussyhoe way it could be a good fight

Hatton V Khan would bring britain to a stand still.

Exactly what british boxing needs. Can you just imaging the hype and buzz. Everyone will be talking.
But that wont be amirs next fight, im pretty sure of it.

I just hope Witter beats Alexander, then Khan can try to unify the WBA & WBC titles, then go on and face Hatton :happy:bbb

way i see it is that Khan fights Salita september 19th or november 14th at the O2 (think hes ready to go again that soon and salita is ass). then whats left of Morales (hes shot and wont be able to make even 135 given how fat hes gotten), maybe Witter after that as the WBA will be making him fight Maidana soon after that.

Lets be honest Kotelnik was the smallest puncher of all the top players at 140. I cant see Khan goin in with Bradley, Holt, Torres, Witter, Campbell etc anytime soon.
