    Gavilan the better boxer takes this, he won`t get reckless against a banger like Carter who was a very good fighter himself for awhile before his alcoholism and inner demons ruined him. Gavilan will box behind his underrated jab and pick his spots and look for openings and capitalize when they present themselves in what will be a closely contested technical battle.

    I agree RB, and even the banger that Carter was, when he gets success i believe the great chin of Gavilan will do him proud on his way to that decision.

    I consider Gavilan the better boxer then LMR who was able to handle Carter twice fairly clearly.

    Im fairly certain I have seen a grainy copy of one of their fights. LMR cuts Carter from memory.

    Gavlian should be to win this with an intelligent display.

    Agreed with the consensus so far.

    Gavilan's slick and speedy boxing wins him a decision, albeit perhaps a close one.
