Good to see Shane getting a fight with Kimbo, I wish him all the best for the fight and hope he gets the win. I was lucky enough to be in his corner in his first fight down in Canberra and have seen first hand what sort of power he has, so he's in with a good shot.

Although I am pretty surprised that Kimbo's people chose him as an opponent as there would be easier fights out there for him.

Tilyard can sure take a punch, as well as deliver one. Can't see Kimbo Slice hitting him as hard or as often as Mostyn Niemann did. Would think he has a puncher's chance against Kimbo.

Ok. Off topic, but we need boxing matches back in Canberra. I'm a relatively new boxing fanatic and there hasnt been anything since I came on board.:-(

Did you go to the ONEHD card at the AIS a few years back? It was atrocious

Best fight was Erin McGowan v angie Parr by a long shot

I saw that too. Shane was in good nick and if he shows up like that again he will hurt Kimbo at worst. If it lasts a round I'd go with him to carry on with it.
Wilson was nearly put in a bag right there and then. This is a good fight.

The towel was fluttering in as the punch landed. You could tell by the urgency of the referee that Tilyard had landed an absolute bomb. Hope he can reproduce something like that against Kimbo.
