First off Ian Freeman is from Sunderland. WTF was that stupid American accent? Secondly is he really that broke or does he enjoy being a MC? Thirdly Mark was VERY unfortunate there. It looks like he dislocated his shoulder and would have been in severe pain. Mo unloaded and KO'ed him unconcious. Either way its time to hang them up. Kerr has lost his last 4 bouts and is way past his sell by date. I hate seeing him taking a beating like this. If that was prime Kerr Mo wouldnt have been good enough to hold his spit bucket. :-(
They really need to stop sanctioning Mark Kerr fights. We don't need his already tragic story to turn into an even more tragic story. Do you know how horrible that will look for MMA if they let this former legend take beatings over and over until he dies in an MMA match? That's one documentary that I don't want to watch.
How much is he even making fighting at this level? Kerr could be a coach, he's a legend and is great at teaching wrestling. I bet any team would hire him.
If Freeman is announcing and Kerr is fighting somethings wrong. I always liker Kerr but that's just sad, it's better to remember the fighters who quit on top like Pete Williams. I don't even remember the last fight Kerr won. The first ever Live MMA event i saw was UFC 38 at the Albert hall and Freeman beat Mir. beat the hell out of him, says a lot about the current HW division really.
Bingo. That was a prime Mir aswell. Freeman was a fairly limited fighter but he beat the crap out of Mir. You should see what Manhoef did to Freeman aswell. Mir's always been overrated in my eyes.
