    Kirkland is the very definition of a Glass Jawed fighter. To deny that he has a Glass Jaw is delusional.

    Shawn Porter dropped him in sparring a couple of times too.

    And obviously Angulo dropped him on his rump hard as well.

    That said, many felt Canelo was fortunate not to lose against Lara and Trout.

    Yeah Lara fight was a draw at most. Some idiot ref scored it an outrageous 117-111 for Alvarez and gifted him the decision.

    Canelo won his vacant WBC crown against Matthew Hatton a career welterweight who'd never beaten anyone remotely decent at 154. :patsch

    So with those examples, where is Kirkland being KTFO...you know not being able to get up? Thank you for showing that Kirkland has a vulnerable jaw and not a glass jaw :)

    straight kirkland has a good chin. however for sum reason kirkland gets knocked down , wobbled, rattled, in the early rounds.. but once he gets warmed up n a sweat going his chin isnt glass... but its glass rds 1-3

    He was knocked out in a round by a Japanese crab fisherman who couldn't punch his way through cobwebs. That Japanese dude had never even wobbled one of his opponents before or since, let alone registered a single stoppage. :deal

    I think he's got a pretty good ****ing chin, to be honest. I just think he has absolutely no defense and takes some of the heaviest punchers anyone will take because he doesn't seem to see them coming.

    Canelo's knock out there, he was winding up for the big shot, Kirkland didn't see it, dropped his hands, tried to throw a right hand and got absolutely nailed.

    There shouldn't have been any doubt before this fight that Kirkland's chin was pure china - I sure hope the glass jaw deniers can grasp REALITY now!!:nut:lol:

    James Kirkland has one of the shakiest chins in the business. Fact.:deal
