I'm not sure why so many people picked Oosthuizen. He's been in self-destruct mode for a while now, drug and alcohol abuse, no surprise he lost. Mikhalkin was the home fighter, too.
It's not too hard, just check where the event is taking place on Boxrec. As far as Oosthuizen goes, Tommy's issues have been well documented.

Wasn't feeling all the confident in either choice I made, and this is one instance where I should have keyed off the nagging sensation that I had about these pics. Whatever, though.
