    Looks like it originated as a variation of the People’s Championship. The posts quoted below are from November 2012, and that’s when the ideas started coming together. It eventually evolved into the 12 round format that is still used today.

    Yeah I remember WBK being formed.

    Obviously I remember the People's Championship being formed much more fondly as I was the inaugural champion haha.

    If you liked The Hobbit, PLEASE RENT LORD OF THE RINGS, they're like 4000 times better than the Hobbit, and I say that as someone who likes The Hobbit Trilogy.

    I see you're not a big horror guy, well should at least check out the Living Dead Films of George Romero, Night Of The Living Dead, Dawn Of The Dead (very important, the 1978 Version) and Day Of The Dead, three of the finest Horror films ever made, the first two border on art films they're so brilliant.

    I dearly love the Friday The 13th and Halloween franchises, they're pure fun, just senseless good time, and as an added bonus, the original Halloween is probably one of the Top 3 Horror films ever made, as is Psycho, which you'd love.


    I think you may have seen the Dollars Trilogy, they're from Sergio Leone, Fistful Of Dollars, For A Few Dollars More and The Good, The Bad & The Ugly, the last two are probably on my ATG Top 100 films ever made, Good/Bad/Ugly is Top 10.
