I was expecting this type of fight, but Jennings did even better then I thought he would (mainly because the ref kept Wlad honest in the fight) I didn't understand why people were so dismissive of Jennings... to me hes been the best contender for quite awhile, and something Wlad really isn't used to dealing with. I was impressed with both guys tonight, for Wlad.... around the 8th round I was getting worried because I felt his stamina was going to make for some scary moments given his challenger starting to impose himself, but his stamina looked good tonight, he also didn't panic like he has a tendency to do... I think it was good for him to come in so light. But it also really highlighted Wlads limitations, that as a big fan of Wlad, has frustrated me for a long time. For Jennings, theres nothing in there not to be impressed with. To me hes the best American heavyweight until proven otherwise (and has been for quite some time) and I look forward immensely to his next fight.
