I have to go for it but i dont know if the Mitchell-Barroso fight is the right fight to take a gamble on Barroso and risk getting further from first place. I think Barroso can win by KO but i thought the same about Estrada when he fought Mitchell and Mitchell dismantled him with ease, i also thought Zepeda another untested puncher like Barroso would beat flanagan and we all know what happened, also thought Perez would stop Crolla in their first fight turns out he was was lucky to get a draw and went on to get stopped by Crolla in the rematch. I think i might save it to another fight and wait to when i know if have a loss or not due to the fight in Thailand that we dont know if it happened or not(i need to know that to know what kind of moves i need to make to go for top spot). Kevin Mitchell by UD for now.
Why do people think the Kevin Mitchell fight is going to go the distance? He's been blown out early by pressure fighters, broken down by boxer punchers, knocked out by light hitting fighters and has awful skin and a good bit of mileage on him...
because this ismael isnt proven as linares, who had a really hard fight with mitchell, and estrada who mitchell clowned and battered. :hat
Estrada is one of the slowest fighters I've seen in recent years. Robert Garcia slow. Ismael is fast, dynamic, and southpaw. Mitchell himself can hit, so this isn't a one way street of me thinking Kevin will be blown out. I just don't get the near consensus of it going the distance.
