Thanks Kirk. the Bajingo - Jordan match-up got settled, but I still cant remember who won. The match was Dallas Jr - Gonzalez (Which Jr won) But I cant remember who picked who.

When you find out who picked who, please update the picture and write back to me :good

Bump, Kirk do you want me to make an edit to this post about Stevenson's MURDER of Gonzales a couple days ago? I did this just days before that fight and if you'd like I can do something on that seeing as I said Gonzales was his toughest fight?

Stevenson bet fellow top prospect Jesus Gonzales by 1 round KO, Absolutely BRUTAL.

Sure man, if you want to.

Any time you want to update a prospects file, just bump it, and add a :Update... and say what you want to say, and then I will add that to the picture and update the archive for it :good

    Ray Ximenez

    Pro Record: 6-0-0

    Country: United States

    Amateur Achievements:

    • 5 time Golden Gloves Champion
    • Silver Gloves Champion
    • 2007, 2009, 2010 Ringside World Champion
    • 2009 Junior Olympic Gold Medalist
    • I cannot find an exact amateur record for him but he was a very well decorated amateur from what I saw in videos and read in aricles.
    Professional Backround:

    • Already knows how to box orthodox and southpaw with no problem!
    • No notable pro fights, Most are very easy journeyman level guys with little experience ( 1-1-0, 2-4-0 type records )
    • He's one of them fast handed " slicksters ", Not known for big KO's. Moves well around the ring , Well coordinated fighter. Skills like his leave him with so much potential.
    Next Fight: TBA

More Info: Ray Ximenez Jr despite not hitting the scene as a top prospect has caught my eye already, He is extremely skilled, nearly as impressed with him as I am with Gary Russell Jr IMO. He just has great boxing skills for a 19 year old who is still developing as a fighter, Speed, Slickness, Skill, Just a lowly flawed fighter, I don't care that he isn't scoring brutal KOs, He is outboxing and completely outclassing every single man to step into the ring with him and making them look like idiots. I don't know if he could have lost a round as a Pro, I only saw two of his pro bouts anyways, a couple recorded amateur bouts, that's it.

Now lets say he wasn't 19, Maybe a decade from his physical prime, I wouldn't be too amped up, But he already can box great, keep well coordinated, time his opponents and fight Orthodox or Southpaw! It's rare that you'll find a kid with that much skill especially ( In the words of British boxing enthusiast Steve Bunce " He's still just a baby " ). Can you even imagine how a kid with this much skill will have in lets say 8-10 years? He'll likely develop more power which removes one of his bigger flaws and his boxing skills will get even better. I am telling you, Look out for this kid, He is at Super Flyweight, A weak weight class so he doesn't get well deserved attention that you'd expect but again he could be a more hopeful fighter then Gary Russell Jr!

Kirk did you ever consider making divisional rankings in the league?

    Heres an idea:

1 DIVISION at a time. We ask everyone in the league to post there top 10 for lets say Light Welterweight and then judging by their responses we could make a top 10.

    Lets say this:

    Person 1:

    1. Bradley
    2. Peterson
    3. Khan
    4. Matthysse
    5. Soto
    6. Maidana
    7. Morales
    8. Alvarado
    9. Garcia
    10. Provodnikov

    Person 2:
    1. Bradley
    2. Khan
    3. Peterson
    4. Soto
    5. Matthysse
    6. Maidana
    7. Alvarado
    8. Judah
    9. Garcia
    10. Morales

    Person 3:
    1. Bradley
    2. Peterson
    3. Khan
    4. Maidana
    5. Matthysse
    6. Soto
    7. Morales
    8. Paris
    9. Alvarado
    10. Vargas

    Person 4: 1. Bradley
    2. Peterson
    3. Khan
    4. Matthysse
    5. Soto
    6. Judah
    7. Alvarado
    8. Maidana
    9. McCloskey
    10. Morales

    All lists are RANDOM here.

We'd look at the lists posted by the league and use them to make a final list, The Kirks Championships official rankings. The more people that vote the easier it is because lets say we get 30 voters and 13-14 pick a fighter to go in a certain spot, we can just place him there.

Just ask kirkers to provide their divisional or P4P ranking for a certain weight class ( or overall Pound for Pound ) and then after a week or 2 round up the picks and make an official list for that division. Update the lists every couple months, People can vote on changes instead of fully remaking the lists to make it quicker.
