**** Kirk's ESB Championships 2011 ****

What a weekend......

As I was reading the round by round thread, I couldnt help but have a smile on my face as I kept reading how Hopkins was edging Pascal, doing push ups in the ring, ect, ect... and then when he got the decision.... I was happy for him. I havent got a chance to actually view the fight yet, but I will.

Poor Roy, I figured hed give Leb some problems to be honest, I like Leb a lot and I hope he can rule the division in the future, but if I seperate my like for him and just view what I see in the ring, I am not really that impressed to be honest, and I thought Roy, although he would lose, would have certain things that gave Leb problems.... I was obviously very wrong and when I read that he got KO'd with seconds left in the fight, my heart sank. I am not a roy jones fan, but you never like seeing things happen to fading legends, and none are more faded then roy.

I, like the rest of the boxing world, hope Roy calls it a career....

Dawson fight sounded like the typical Dawson fight....

Anyways, hope everyone had a good weekend....

Updates will be getting done piece by piece, its gonna be a chore, I will be starting tonight, no way Ill finish them tonight but Ill them halfway done.

Also

My pops was in the phillipines for the Pac fight, and he took some pictures and videos of the Pac fight while he was there, gonna try to put them up....

He was in a town square type area, and they rolled out a big screen tv and a lot of people came and watched the fight... Ill try to show the pictures and video of it soon.
