I kind of get the sense that matt v alexander has stole the limelights here but for me there was a far worse robber this weekend: mcnemar v coyne. Did anyone else watch that? That was disgusting he thoroughly controlled the fight throughout and even worse he was undefeated also just had the wrong promoter backing him. Established fighters with a following getting jobbed is one thing, but losses like mcnemur suffered can be the turning point between contender and journeyman. He got his shot at 6 days notice against a guy going in for a world title shot and winning that completely turns his career around, you could see the anguish in his eyes when the cards where read for coyne, he knew.
