Hey everyone! Wow, great to see the thread alive and kicking :happy Thank you so much Tackle for stepping up to the plate, you are, as always, the man! Thank you, thank you, thank you.... I know it probably was/is a pain in the ass to put the time into it, and I appreciate it greatly.... Training went good.... cant really call it 'fun' but it was productive.... I see Khan owned Judah while I was gone.... Anyways, thanks again to everyone, I mean it. Hope everyone is doing good and its nice to come back to the thread :good
Guys, how much of a legend is erik morales! I mean for him to even take this fight shows his warrior mentality, I hope to god he pulls it off! Kirk, good to see you back! Yeah tackle has been the man, infact his updates have been more regular than yours! If only the wagers would be completed haha, yeah top effort tackle
08/05 - Ameth Diaz vs. Leonardo Zappavigna 08/05 - Andre Dirrell vs. Sebastian Demers 08/05 - Vernon Paris vs. Tim Coleman 08/05 - Cristobal Cruz vs. Art Hovhannesyan 08/06 - Ryol Li Lee vs. Rikiya Fukuhara 08/06 - Kelly Pavlik vs. Darryl Cunningham 08/06 - Charlie Ota vs. Akio Shibata This content is protected Really a nice fight and Diaz is a lot better as his record indicates, but Zappavinga can really take a punch and Diaz can't for 12 rounds. Zappa late (maybe come from behind) TKO This content is protected Ugh.. :barf Now dr. Shaw Hi gave Andre the green light to enter the ring again he opts for a guy who doesn't have much power to trouble him and doesn't have the chin to take his punches. Easy TKO win for Dirrell, if this fight is still on that is. This content is protected If you don't know the backstory about mr. Vernon Paris this just looks like a nice good matchup, and it still is. But there is something pretty fishy about mr. Paris, and if he was competing in any other sport he would be banned for life already because of 3 (!) failed drug tests with 2 in succession. This looks like a guy that never learns and probably doesn't have to because of the weakness of the penalties in boxing. I'm picking Coleman just on believe there's a little justice in the world. Give him hell Tim! This content is protected Don't know this Hovhannesyan dude, but I'm going for the guy with the experience... Cruz TKO This content is protected Lee is a whole level better as Fukuhara imo. Easy and clear UD This content is protected It's all over the news, this fight is off... Kelly Pavlik has some bogus reason not to fight Bute and that means the Cunningham fight is off for some reason too. Winner probably alcohol. Damn Kelly, just damn!:-( This content is protected The rematch won't be much different as their first encounter, maybe Ota finishes it quicker this time out.
Yea, I agree with some of those. The Lee, and Ota fights are easy fights...and well the Pavlik and Dirrell fights were easy picks as well. I think you'll be disappointed, Robney, on my little breakdown thingy. I don't think it'll be near 2 pages.
I didn't expect it would be in this case DD. But I'm curious what you have to say about the Coleman vs Paris fight at least.
Hey you know, it might be. Mayweather-Ortiz, Matthysse-Morales, Jesse Vargas-Josesito Lopez, Canelo, and who knows what else. I may have a shot at 4 pages. :yep
