I think Vitali went like that on Johnson because Johnson overdid the "drumming up", like "looks like a Zombie yadda yadda". But in general, I like it when fighters are cool with each other at the weigh-in and shake hands. In that regard, Erdei is at the very top, he does that even in the ring after most of the rounds.
Johnson's best chance for victory would've been if lasers shot out of his eyes like Cyclops when Vitali took his sunglasses. When that didn't happen, his fate was pretty much sealed.
good point but it's pretty lame to wear shades at the stare down. made johnson look weak and there definitely is a mental aspect to boxing.

Taking his sunglasses off was so funny. Not only is Vitali the bully, but he doesn't play around when it's time to fight. He wanted to look straight into Johnson's eyes.
Vitali is trying to win the fight early pulling off the sunglasses. Johnson will have a hard time winning regardless of this nonsense by Vitali.
He's apparently afraid to make eye contact with this fast food clerk as well. This content is protected Ridiculous. It was just last month people were with that "Ward looks fidgety and scared" nonsense after their stare down and look how that ended. Irish is right, when Johnson loses it will be because he is a lesser fighter, a fighter who probably should never have been in the ring with Vitali in the first place. Not because he's afraid of eye contact, or wears sun glasses.
