    Wrong on all counts.

    No punch can cause a guy to get cancer. I don't know what was wrong with Mavrovic that he needed to retire, but I'm sure his illness wasn't caused by boxing.

    Mavrovic was good, I agree. But he was not as good as Corrie Sanders. Sanders was a perennial contender -- a guy genuinely one of the ten best in the world -- for most of his career. Unfortunately, because of his inactivity, Sanders was absent from the ratings for years. This is why many fans are ignorant of his true abilities.
