He cost Klitschko a fortune, wasted a year of his life, and reneged on a bargain. I'd be pissed at the guy for life too. Total duck.
Bullcrap. Fury waited all December , January , February and March for Klitschko to come up with a date. He didn't announce a date till April for a fight in July. The fight was officially dead in September so Wlad had half a year wasted at best..
Pretty low class of Wlad to bring up his personal problems because he says he would have like to also fought his brother.
Vitali Klitschko would punish Fury. And I like Fury. It would be a fun fight, but Vitali is too good and his chin's too good. He would blitz Fury.
Yes sir and as much acclaim as wlad gets, it's obvious that vitali is the better fighter Real fans know this
It doesnt really matter if fury ducked wlad or not. Fact is that wlad would have lost anyway. Fury is literally kryptonite to wlads style. Lets assume wlad would have landed some big punches in their rematch, does anybody on this board really think, that fury wouldnt have gotten up and fight back? Wlad doesnt have the same power as wilder and everybody knows that wlad is going to come of short if he gets into a mano el mano style brawl, especially when he thinks that he is about to ko fury. At 40 he probably wasnt any better.
The "duck" was solely because of legal bull**** from UKAD. UKAD was in the wrong and could have gone bankrupt for what they did -- it was criminal. And Fury completely schooled Wlad regardless of what the judges said.
Klitschko comes across as extremely butthurt and bitter. Klitschko pretends to be all "PC" and enlightened, castigating Fury for saying offensive stuff ...... but in the same breath he brings up Fury's drugs and alcohol use. His hatred of Fury is deeply personal and a bit odd for a mature retired boxer. Yeah, Fury did renege on the rematch, but I'm no fan of rematch clauses anyway. The fight wasn't even close. Klitschko didn't actually warrant an immediate rematch. He was useless against Fury. A champion should only get an immediate rematch if the fight is close or controversial, otherwise get back in line, beat some contenders in the queue and earn it.
Well, Fury is a p***k. Really no sympathy from me when he gets insulted. I don't even dislike Fury but hey.
Of course, I'm not thinking about sympathy for Fury. I would assume he's not bothered anyway. I just mean it's a bad look for Klitschko, to come out in public and stoop to picking out someone's drugs/alcohol problems. It just makes Klitschko look like a triggered, butthurt little *****.
Lennox has "beef" with AJ Both Klitschko's has "beef" with Fury It just smacks of jealousy to me, not jealous of achievements or even the money they are earning, I think those three are jealous of the fame, number they do and support those two get. Klitschko's were called "boring" by many boxing fans and their era wasn't very competitive, it was poor for a long time and Lewis was never really loved by the British, he was liked but never had that same love Bruno had and AJ has.. Still, I don't understand it, Lewis and both Klitschkos played their parts and paved the way for this lot, no need to be bitter and snidey, it's just not very nice and completely unnecessary, it actually damages their reputations.
