Their numbers arent that good actually, if you consider guys like Fabio Moli and Ed Mahon good wins and relevant in terms of all-time great standing then you are the one with little hope. :yep Putting them together doesnt work boxing is not IS NOT a 2 man sport stop acting like its okay because there brothers its irrelevant when discussing there standing in the division if anything it hurts there legacy because they refuse to fight each other.
Like I said, their numbers alone are both excellent. Putting them together for the purpose of this thread was to show the KLITSCHKO dominance, just as the title suggests! Refuse to fight each other? Hello? They are BROTHERS. And let's say they did agree to fight? Even if they did we'd have the conspiracy theories such as "Wlad let Vitali win", or "Vitali let Wlad win", etc... that kind of talk would go on forever. So there's absolutely NO POINT in them fighting each other. ZERO. I'm sorry if you feel butt hurt when you see the numbers, but that's how it is. Pure Dominance. Get over it.
Their numbers suck its just trash upon trash when you add them up thats the truth of it. I take the point that they are brothers and dont want to fight each other thats fine by me but it still hurts them as neither can say they are the number one heavyweight on the planet. All the all-time greats were number one unchallenged champions some of them more than once. The Klits have flashy flash records, as Wlad would say but little substance beneath the inflated numbers.
I don't see how anyone can hold it against them. It is clear that the fight between them would be a glorified light-contact sparring session. They have been competing at the highest level for quite a while and the numbers are impressive. Like it or not they earned the spot in the boxing history.
It is what it is but Heavyweight titles cannot be shared two people cannot be number one in the division. I don’t think people will care too much about the Klits when they retire and their numbers will fade into obscurity along with their mediocre title reigns.
I am sure Vitali would rather hand the title over to Wlad instead of fighting him so there is really a single number one in the division.
Yes, once they have both retired, they'll then start to get alot more of the recognition they deserve. As you said, much like Lewis.
