I never heard a sparring parterner say the guy was straight up whuppin his ass before in my life.

 

You guys do realize that sparring means head gear and big gloves. You can risk taking hits with all that stuff on. There is a big difference between a real fight and a sparring session. Thompson would not "fight" Haye the same way in a real fight vs the way he sparred with him. Trust me, Haye would run for 12 rounds.

 

Who has Haye run against?

Valuev, a guy that he put on an excellent counterpunching display despite having hurt his left hand in the early rounds. Valuev, the same guy that the Klitschko's manage to avoid due to their ridiculous contractual obligations?

Other than that, he's been destroying about every opponent.
