I don't think Jennings has a chance, unless Wlad got old overnight, which happens. But he does have one (and only one thing you need to beat Wlad...really long arms. You can't fight him inside because he puts the vice-grip on you and you're done. If Jennings cant fight a disciplined fight behind the jab, and punch ONLY when Wlad punches, he has a (small) chance.
