Well, I didn't think Fury had made ANYTHING clear.
I assumed he was refering to the titles that were probably going to be stripped anyway. But I don't know.
If he's not the champion, and IF he returns, it is very unlikely there will be a recognized champion when that happens.
I can't see any of these current HWs establishing meaningful dominance in the near future. Or a unification or elimination series taking place. It's just not happening soon.
We're entering a period of further and increasing title confusion.

So now the WBA has postponed the announcement that was supposed to be made today to deal with legal stuff having to do with Lucas Browne. The WBA will officially make an announcement tommorow afternoon pertaining to whether or not they will sanction the Joshua-Klitschko fight for the vacant belt.

The division will be totally fractured. We need the winners to face each other. Get a unified champ who then takes on a rehabilitated Fury.

We already have the WBC belt now held hostage in the USA, for Wilder who is fighting at pathetic levels and deliberately avoiding any top 10 HWs. The WBC will ensure it stays in the USA now.

The same is happening with with AJ and the IBF belt, under the excuse that he is "learning".

The division is fractured. And all that actually matters is the RING belt and who the MAN is- the clear NUMBER 1 TOP DOG.

What will happen to that RING belt with FURY out is a question mark?
