Is it determined in the contract whether the roof will be closed or open? If not, who decides that? Does it all depend on the wheather that evening? Do you guys think a fight with an open roof will change anything for a boxer?

With some predicting tens of thousand of Brits coming over for this, I wonder just how big of a draw Haye really is in the UK. The reason this fight is staged in Germany in the first place, is because of doubts Haye could really fill a big venue, not to mention that turnout for his fight against Barrett was less than expected, was it not?
