Ohh I see. So Vitaly has gone from "destroying Peter in 4-5 rounds" ( the words uttered by 90% of the Klit-ites) to all of the sudden being the "worst version and one that's been off for 46 months"? Try as you might to play the underdog role.. it will not work. Vitaly is EXPECTED to win this fight... and rather easily. Let's be fair.

I am a Sam fan, and feel Vitaly will win the fight by stoppage, by the way. I posted this very statement weeks ago.

I never said Vitali was not going to win just that like when Vitali faced Lennox Lewis Peter will be facing the worst version of Klitschko a fighter that has had a career long layoff and injuries. You can't have it one way and not the other. :deal

BTW, Vitali by KO in 4.

If it is anything like Vitali's old fights, he will keep Peter at a distance and on the outside jabbing away and throwing in some right hands. I think if Peter doesnt take him out early he will give in and fight Vitali's fight getting battered from the outside and not have that many chances to throw his infamous sideways rabbit punches.

Vote Peter, show your support. I had to do a gay avatar after Hopkins-Calzaghe when I was certain Calzaghe would win but was rooting for Hopkins.

So what, let the other guy literally take the belt away from you at the press conference? Peter would've looked like a colossal *****.

It's not like he went all Riddick Bowe-Larry Donald on Vitali.

We don't know how hard Vitali is training that time and he might be better shape than Lewis fight..

He should have asked for it nicely. Now the only thing that's going to happen is Vitali is going to destroy him for his insolence.

I pray Vitali puts his head down against Peter like Wlad did, so he can knock him the **** out. Vitali is going to be so rusty and his timing will be very far off, trust me on that. Peter will bode Vitali into a slugfest and the fireworks will begin, either in the 1st or 2nd round, both men will get rocked and maybe go down, but when the smoke clears the more active, better Heavyweight at this time will get the big knockout, Samuel Peter wins by 6th round TKO.

I think Vitali was trying to create a bit of a joke/meaningless hype by trying to take the title away from Peter. He was even laughing while doing so.

But Peter seemed to get very riled up over it. Peter seemed to blow up and storm out as if he thought the title was really trying to be taken away from him.............LOL

It was staged. Both claim to be the rightful holder of the belt, so they just played on it. Someone said, look Vitali is gonna snatch the belt away from you Sam and you just play tug of war with it. It's good promotion, just like when Tyson walked up on Lewis.

Hovever, I think you will see the "Pointing to the back of the head" Strategy used by Maskaev. Vitali will get hit and start pointing to the back of his head and the ref will eventually warn Peter. Vitali will continue to do this until Peter is DQ'd.
