Laughable. You forget, Wlad offers him 50:50 without any options so Haye could fight an Olympic Gold winner and unifys the titles.

klitschkos arent the most exciting at all times. but they are the only thing keeping the divisions pulse beating. enjoy them while they last. look back at the threads about them. they fetch as many views or more than any of the other posts. i hate to imagine how much more terrible it would be without them

Manny Steward has a lot to do with the prevalence of the jab and grab technique. I think it's bs and should be against the rules.

Imagine what the HW scene would've looked like since Lewis if not for the Klitschkos. The Don King WBA round-about of recycled heavyweights would be the top5 and going on for 7 years now. :admin

Even as a Haye fan I couldn't help wincing at the thread starter.

But do me a favour, don't defend the Klitschkos by pretending they have somehow unified the titles or the division.
The sheer presence of their brotherly co-existance means we will never have an undisputed champion.

The heavyweight title is there to prove who is the best, not who are the top two best. Its not something you share.

Defend them with some other relevant fact, not that.

You say that but i'd much rather watch Adamek vs Arreola or Harrison vs Sosnowski than any Klitschko fight (other than against Haye or Valuev).

The Klitschkos may have been dominant but without them we would have much more competitive fights to watch.

Personally Id prefer to see that than a boring one-sided jab-fest where a Klitschko wears down and outpoints/stops a woefully inferior opponent.
