The last piece I read was when they described Haye and Booth as greedy, which obviously suggests the dispute was about money.

Quite frankly, I do not believe a word Adam Booth is talking anymore. I just know that the Wlad camp usually offers fair deals.

there's no reason to believe either side, we're not in on the talks, I'm just putting a supposition out there.

What has Haye done to deserve a fight with the Heavyweight champ??? Answer nothing.Holyfield fought his way there,Haye should be greatfull just to get the chance not having done anything to warrent it.He should sign the deal or go and fight his way into position like everyone else instead of trying to leapfrog the que.

You are probably right. I would still like to see that fight but I also would like Wlad and Haye's next fights being set by now. These negotiations are blocking everything in a already boring division. For example, Areola's next fight on 11th April is not set because WLad's next fight is not set. It is hard not to lose patience, I mean this is not Tyson vs Holyfield. It is also clear that the longer negotiations last the less likely it is a fight will be made.

Rumors are Arreola might fight Sergei Liakhovich if he can't get Wlad.

Wlad's camp does not have a reputation to offer bad deals.

You do not know what you are talking about.

    Sounds like a good matchup.

Liak for the win, via TKO.

So champions moving up a division never get a straight shot at the title ????
It happens all the time , how many fights has Pac had at LWW or LW for that matter ??

This is a bull**** excuse , outside of maybe Gomez and possibly Povetkin who deserves the shot more ?

I said this months ago , Wlad DOES NOT WANT TO FIGHT HAYE, he is stalling until Vitali is free to do it for him.

Wlad is a smart guy and he can take one look at Haye and see his style is all wrong for him , he wants nothing to do with him.

Put it this way... have you ever seen negotiations between Wlad and ANY fighter break down like this and have so many problems?:nono Wlad has always been known to be very reasonable at the negotiating table. He put up absolutely no fight about being a bigger draw and gave Sultan Ibragimov 50% out of respect for him holding the WBO title.
