Klitschko's ultimatum to Haye

TBH,I'm not that keen on cooking and keep it quite simple really,though it can be fun if you're not doing it as a chore.I have never actually tried to fry salmon,only grill and baked itI could just imagine it burning the outside if I fried it and not cooked it through how is this prevented?May give it a go one day
