I will be going to the military in a few months so i will be going to the doctor and i will get an professional evaluation.

Some years ago during a summer, while running, i felt a pop in my knee. It didnt hurt and i kept on running. I remember my leg feeling a bit sluggish but that sensation went away as i kept going. After that pop i ran 3 more kilometers...
I got home and as i walked up the stairs i noticed that something was wrong but there was no pain at all. After a shower i sat down to eat and after 20 or so minutes i got up and then the pain kicked in.

The following day the pain got even worse and i could not walk for nearly a month.
Months later and my knee was still hurting but it kept getting better and better. I started walking around a lot and eventually my knee was fine again.
Next summer i went for my first run and i could barely cover 3-4km before the pain kicked in again. So i did some leg excercises but i skipped the running.
Last summer i started running again and at first my knee felt weak, but there was no pain. As the months went by, my knee got better and better.
Now some 2 months ago i started running again. Now im running more than ever(slowly built up to that) but recently my knee has been feeling weak again.

Now im wondering if i actually tore something and it never healed properly. :think
I will definitely skipp a few days of running.
