Yeah mate, I'm living in Tokyo now.

These last few days have been a real eye opener. It's going to be tough living here making a living, ect, but I'm going to give it a crack.
Osaka was great, and I originally thought it was big, but it's nothing compared to Tokyo.

I'm living in a place called Shinjuku. Shinjuku in itself seems nearly as big as Sydney. It has the busiest train line in Japan, and the city part of it floors Sydney and anything I've seen before.

I went out in Osaka last night and got picked up by a 19 year old half English half Japanese bird.
I didn't even have to go to a club to get hooked up either, she picked me up outside a club before I went in. It's a shame I committed to her so early, because I caught the eye of some much better girls inside the club(not trying to sound up myself).

I'll elaborate on what happened tomorrow, as I'm gunna head out again soon. I've got some pretty funny stories to tell already, so stay tuned.

I went out last night but didnt really go to any clubs. I briefly stayed at some pub and watched the end of the Liverpool/Everton game, but left not long after that because there seemed to be a private function that was monopolising the place.
After that I just walked about for the next few hours getting lost. It'd be a good idea for me to do some research beforehand next time on where to go, otherwise I'd just get lost.
It's also not like Sydney where the pubs are easy to find and stick out. Many of them seem hidden.

Friday night in Osaka was good, I got picked up before I even went into a club.
I was checking out some place from the outside and 2 girls called me over and told me that the club opens at 10 (it was around 9:30).
I then sat down with them and started chatting ect, took a few pictures, then hooked up with her then.

I ikinda regretted going in there with them instead of going in alone, because I caught the eye of a few other girls there, and they were better looking imo.
Anyway, after about 30 minutes they suggested we go to another pub, little did I know that this would involve 3 train trips and LEAVING THE ****ING CITY to do so.
We ended up going to a city called Kobe which isnt far from Osaka at all, though I later found out that it was a $90 cab ride to get back :yikes, we went to this chill out bar that had about 15 people in it, again I wish I went in alone as I could sense other and better opportunities but what the hell.
We grabbed a lounge and started talking about whatever then her friend starts getting chatted up by some dude from Iran.
We somehow lost her friend, then found her later almost crying and upset about something. Her and her friend seemed to have a little argument but dont ask me what the hell they were talking about.
Afterwards the girl I was with (Lydia) suggested we go to a motel, I suggested we go back to my motel, she told me there were no trains at this time, so we ended up getting a taxi to a motel that turned out to be a 'love hotel'.
We went there and booked a room for about 5 hours which costed us something like 55,000 yen (around $75). I made her go halves as I was still kinda annoyed that I was unknowingly taken out of Osaka.
While we were looking for our room, a girls voice would appear from a speaker prompting us with directions. A little freaky knowing that the place was wired up with secret cams.
Anyway, we found our room (which was pretty big surprisingly) she put on some porno movie which was in the room, then we went at it with the porno playing in the background.
We later decided we'd go back to my hotel because I wanted to get back because I had to catch the bullet train to Tokyo at 11:30.
We then had an argument because I wanted her to fork out money for the cab but she claimed not to have any.
Anyway, we went back to Osaka by cab and stayed there, and although I was pissed off at spending a bit of unneccessary cash, it was a real fun night and a real eye opener.

Also, another funny story I have. One time when I was in bed channel surfing, I accidently stumbled across the porn channel. I was pissed off because I knew that it got charged to your credit card, and thought it was a rort because it was so easy to stumble across.
Anyway, I thought "what the hell, I may as well get my moneys worth", so I opened up one of the hotel moisturizer creams they had and started going to work, then 30 seconds later the movie stopped and japanese text appeared with a visa and mastercard icon.
It turns out it was just a free preview that I had accessed.

I was relieved but not, if you know what I mean.

 

Yea its mad when you come from a reletive small city then go to a massive one ie London , Newyork Tokyo etc i reckon you did right nor reading up about it before you went as it sometimes works out better getting lost you see the real city and not just the tourist parts ( well it worked out for me in NY that way ) there are plenty of English girls over there we hear it on the news when the get Murdered there by nutty nips :-( , listen pecks just chill mate when it comes to the chicks its a bit like fishing old son , dont strike at the first bight and you can Shag a Pomme anyday of week when you get back to OZ get stuck into the local talent , be safe and report back to ESB :good

Yeah i was thinking of moving away for 6 months at the start of next year, my mate is in Korea so i was thinking of heading there.
