Yeah, The Shield's cool. Season 7 is due to air in the US fairly soon, isn't it? I didn't like season 6 much tbh. thought it kind of drifted off track a bit. Season 5 is my favourite of The Shield.
For some reason i have recently(like since lastweek)have become hooked on entourage. Dont know why i havent ever bothered with it till now.The last ep i watched was the fellas partying up after watching Sanders vs Vitali klit so im quessing fox is like 4years behind. I gotta go out and get the dvds.
Entourage is awesome johnny drama, turtle, E and Vinnie :rofl I got all 4 seasons. Im watching the Wire at the moment Season 1, pretty good Pecks, have u seen it?
Not yet mate. There was a thread in the lounge before, and many were saying it's up there with The Sopranos. Thats a pretty big compliment imo. What do you make of it?
Umm well i've only just finished the first season and i like it alot. I have Soprano withdrawals and this show is filling the gap. I will send you what i have, just pm me your addy.
I might wait a bit and get season 2 off you when you download that. My mate has it and offered it to me a while ago but I was hooked into Curb Your Enthusiasm at the time. I'll take him up on his offer soon.
I bought the first few then downloaded a few series, cant remember what series I'm up to. Think maybe at the end of the last series I saw he was in the dtage version of the Producers. Great show, brilliantly constructed plots. Who can ever forget 'Beloved ****'? Saw some in Big W for $15 for an entire season. I should do a cleanout soon and turf out all my old burnt stuff, free to good home if anyone wants 'em. I'll post a list up when I do it.
Still no confirmed dates, September keeps getting mentioned. I liked series 6, Shanes out of control and poor ol' Lemmy catching a grenade in the lap... Another one worth catching is Dexter, series 2 on Fox atm but I've had it for awhile.
A show i used to love and watch alot with my oldman when i was in my mid teens was the series OZ. Any of you seen it?? One of my favourite shows ever.I like all the crim kind of stuff.Alot of the actors from that show have went on to shows like Law and order etc.
That happens in season 5 doesn't it?! Forest Witaker added something extra in season 5. I was a bit peeved that he played so little part in season 6. The "Beloved ****" ep in Curb was awesome, though the best ep for me was the finale in season 3 with the chef. Thats some of the funniest **** on camera imo. I saw all seasons (except 6) available at JBHIFI for $15. Thats how I first got into Curb, I was xmas shopping and found it so I decided to buy myself a season and give it a go. It just meant I had to cut $15 off my brothers gift.
Just finished my first game as trainer for local under 6 side.. Only a trial but besides the crying,playing in the grass,tackling their own players and swinging on the goalposts it was a good effort by the newcomers. We got done 38-8 against a team that had some decent little footy players. Our team only has 1reserve but somehow i had 4kids standing next to me on the sideline stealing my water bottles mid way through game. Going to be a loooooonnnnnnggggg year.
It's funny seeing the littlies play. Seeing them stop to pass, then a parent from the crowd will shout out an instruction and both teams will stop and turn their attention to the parent, then play again once the ball carrier starts up again. :good Bunnies/Panthers is on pretty soon. Not confident at all.
My first time having anything to do with coaching/training and im glad its only under 6's as its just fun.I dont want to get involved with politics that can happen in kids football.Although 1 of the kids dad went off at his son infront of me after the game as he thought his kid dogged it...Not going to get the best out of your kid like that in my opinon it will only give him low self esteem. But im just the trainer so i didnt say anything to the dad eventhough i really felt like it. Im in bed watching the footy on fox now.Meant to go to game but had a late night playing poker lastnight(my oldman won 2.5k i broke even). Hopefully Penrith can get up but hope Ben Rogers has a c.r.a.c.k.e.r. against the club that showed no loyalty to one of their most promising juniors.
