Kovalev and his stamina issues .....

Kov looked gassed vs Chilemba, he got gassed in Ward 1 and he got gassed after R6 in this fight.

But that ending was so bad.

 

Getting punched low kinda takes it out of you.....

 

He's a puncher, so naturally he'll tire quicker but also I think he's just genetically not gifted in such a way.

Yep, I think ward would've gotten to him eventually maybe not a TKO but there would've been some one-sided rounds late in the fight I think

 

All the Vodka drinking does not help Kovalev absorb body shots and his stamina is poor.

 

its weird I have seen him fight in late rounds with other guys and look ok. i dont know why he got tired in this fight and the last fight.maybe body shots are a big weakness for him

He does seem have stamina issues. If you can push him to the rim and
survive the dangerous rounds then things even out. Too bad there's still controversy.
