I highly doubt you would be able to fight 6 rounds against any pro even if they weren't throwing back. Throwing punches while constantly circling around the ring can be exhausting, especially when you aren't finding much success.

He looked better vs yarde? Yarde is a C+ fighter and kov almost lost. Canelo is an A fighter and kov was edging rounds until the knockout.

Because he's become a boring fighter. And his fans are still in love with Krusher...

 

I understand why he did it, which doesn't make it right, but after getting nothing from his fights with Ward apart from a couple of nutshots he sold out. What about the people offering him the money? Who is worse? What about the roided wranger who can cheat in every single way whilst remaining untouchable?

 

There was something strange about this fight.

Until the ending it was more a high quality sparring match.

However imo the relaxed respectful demeanour and pitty party ways of kovalev can be explained by he was so grateful to get such an unlikely and huge payday like this at age 36 and after a rough spell...it was perestoika come early for the russkie.

As for the knockout its feasible and true as kov has looked susceptible and worn down recentky....

But it doesn't explain canelos rwlqxed demeanour in 11th....most neutrals had him 2-3 rounds down...it was like he expectef the kayo

I think some kind of fix
