Massive props to Ward for moving up another division and taking on the best guy in it. It shows a degree of class that's rarely found in the sport today, period.

never understood this what exactly has ward ever done to make one think he wouldnt fight kovalev? its like when people talk about the ggg/ward fiasco "well i dont think ward could have made 168 anyway"....says what? says who? what made people think he wouldnt fight kova? because he said he wanted some fights at 175 to get used to it and up his comp level since smith? ....it really makes sense for both kova and ward to get a couple of paydays in before one of them loses their 0.... but ive never seen anything to suggest from ward that he wouldnt fight kova
I approve, too bad people using old racial stereotypes about Ward, he has to be a shiftless lying coward and weak with a yellow streak running down his back but all of that is proven wrong by this latest development. Ward should win this fight 8 rounds to 4 minimum. A 70/30 fight in reality, but will be perceived to be 50/50, which makes it a great betting fight, fleece these fanboys.
