I agree with this. His skillset has not changed but he just got older and his body didn't hold up with the layoff. That right shoulder must be jacked up. He doesn't throw rights and when he does he slings them with his arm not using his shoulder.

I suggest you look up a guy from the UK called Gareth Gates he had a stutter like you but he had a special kind of therapy that cured it.....you should look it up.

 

I hear ya, but even when you are right many won't take you seriously because of the strong trollish character of your posts, and it just generally adds more negativity to the forum. One big step in the right direction would be dropping the school yard nickname gimmick.

He doesn't even watch the fights and lets boxrec tell him all he needs to know there is no debating him instead he calls people names like a internet warrior.

 

I have to agree with Jackson, I also noticed that Ward was not as fast as he used to be, also was sucking wind more, noticed that also in the Barrera fight.................the injuries, layoff, court, no power............Ward looked awful against Brand a much smaller fighter who had zero skills. Ward could not even hurt him a little. Ward also refused to show up at the interviews, claiming that it was too close to fight time, isn't the fight on Nov. 19th? Ward also giving a hard time on negotiations, etc., seems to not have a lot of confidence now, but he will make enough money to not have to ever fight again. Ward said he was not going to take any chances of getting hurt............

 

Notice how most of wards fights in the super 6 were foul filled & ugly

Remember the kessler fight he wasn't great looking he looked like a 40 yr old bhop. Jab jab run launch with the a right hand with a headbutt behind it

Remember the green fight he mugged him all night no boxing no great foot movement just crowd him & beat him up

Remember the bika fight straight ugliness

In the froch fight he actually put on a dispay & didn't run was more flat footed

Same with dawson straight skill no foul filled display

Notice how his last 3 fights was just clean boxing no head butts or cliching straight skill

Notice he didnt struggle for 1 second in those fights but he past his prime

Notice jdj says along with everybody else that ward is a bhop prototype well bhop beat the **** out of Trinidad at 35 & was still great in his 40's

 

And he doesn't command on the inside like he did against the Super Six guys and them other bums Ward was able to muscle them around on the inside. But its seems all but gone.:verysad This all points to him having upper body injuries that impair his ability. Ward knows this and is what might be giving him second thoughts.:gun
