I've never got the appeal of IFL. Like Big Bang above me says, the camera work is diabolical. I also find his interview style cringeworthy. I've met him a few times in gyms and he comes across like a bit of a spanner. James Helder seems a nice chap though. Important note: I am not James Helder.
