He also got back up. Sanders wasn't exactly feather fisted and no one will ever Claim Wlads chin to be iron but it doesn't changed the fact he's never been put to sleep either.
Wrong as usual lufcrazy. He landed the body shots in round 2 that took the sting out of Wlads punches. That is how he was able to walk through him and take him out in round 5. Wendy K cant take a punch to the body or head.
Lennox got back up vs McCall as well It was corruption all the way Lennox was simply too carefree that fight and not taking it seriously at all. Smiling the entire fight. Being arrogant. Lennox took it seriously the 2nd fight and watch what happened
Emmanuel Steward gets alot of credit for making Lennox and Wlad the fighters they became. In this case, very seldom is it mentioned that Stewards instructions and gameplan is what got Wlad knocked out vs Brewster. Steward initially wanted to turn both Lewis and Wlad into plant your feet and destroy type of fighters to seek the KO at a moments notice. Lewis did'nt buy Emmanuel's exhortations to go and finish when Steward wanted it. He knew his own self more than Steward so he held back despite Steward exhorting him in the corner to attempt to finish. Wlad did'nt quite know his limitations when Steward arrived. Its that mentality that got Wlad KO'd vs Brewster. Wlad shot his load before Brewster was ripe for the taking, and once on empty, Wlad just caved under the circumstance he was in. Reserving energy is'nt something Emmanuel Steward preached until after experiencing Wlad folding with the tank on empty.
"Walk through"? Brewster was badly wobbled in round 4. Wlad just showed no reserve and just tried too hard. Dosn't really matter though as Brewster kept his composure showed the heart of a warrior and brought his man down!:bbb
