i agree pound for pound jackson hit harder than bob, but bob was the overall harder puncher, so if la motta walks through them he walks through jacksons
I'm not even sure if he did, pound for pound. Satterfield weighed around 175 lbs and knocked out 210+ lbers. As big a puncher as Jackson was, I don't think he could have knocked too many light heavyweights even. McClellan was a huge middleweight and he absorbed Jackson's punches pretty well. Jackson of course was pretty much a light middleweight but then again Satterfield was no more than a light heavyweight himself while competing against heavyweights.
