Holmes by decision, but only if he gives the performance of his life.

with lennox ******-arms reach holmes would have problems landing the jab like in other bouts. lennox is physically much bigger and stronger too, so i say lennox ud.

Lewis by UD. I think Holmes suffers a KD.

    Lennox by ko.

Better power, better jab, better footwork, better speed, etc....better in all areas.

Flip a coin. Holmes has the better jab and is faster, but Lewis is bigger and has much more power...

If you watch Mercer v Lewis and Klitschko v Lewis Lewis struggled because he was outjabbed by both fighters. Even in his fight with Tyson, Lewis was outjabbed in the first round and he looked all out of sorts.

Now, Larry Holmes has probably the best jab in heavyweight history, he was durable, he has never been blown away, except for Tyson and he had a great boxing brain.

I could see Lewis coming out and winning the first two runds but by the third Holmes would have got his jab working. Apart from landing his own hard shots Holmes would box smart and not let Lewis dictate the pace.

12rds:- Holmes UD in a close but clear fight.

    15rds:- Holmes tko in 14
