    Holmes UD.

Lewis always struggled with fighters who could match or better his jab. Holmes had the better jab and footwork.

Lewis would have his moments but Holmes is the better fighter

That'd be a first then. No one could MAKE prime, at the top of his game Lewis lead. Too cautious by nature, but explosive when he chose to be.

Interesting match, Holmes was the heavyweight champ when I was growing up and I will always be biased towards him.
Both guys have great jabs, a great uppercuts. I see Larry as a bit faster and Lennox as much bigger and harder hitting. Which Lennox are we talking about, because he changed a lot too. Younger Lennox would probably get schooled by Larry, older, wiser Lennox was a much more strategic fighter.
If Larry can avoid the big right from Lennox (and this an if) then he should be able to eek out a points win, but I could see Lennox sending him down at least once.
I really like both these guys, hard to pick.
