I am rebutting Perry's assertion that Holmes was a 210/212lbs heavyweight. And also that Marciano was a 190lbs one. That should answer your question. Just like I did when you asserted,[ I think it was you,] that Marciano fought mostly men bigger than himself when I showed that 3 of his 5 defences were against lighter men.
Some say Rocky was a 13 stone fighter others that he was closer to fourteen ,which one was it? His body build is a puzzle as well sometimes especially his early fights he does not look particularly muscler or toned but in others later on he looks huge especially across the back ,legs, and both forearms and bicep and ripped with it ,does anyone know his body building /training routine ie did he use weights?
He was outweighed by Walcott, ****ell and Moore. Can't remember the deal with LaStarza and Charles, but likely not much in it.
Marcianos arms were a damn sight bigger than 14 inches when he fought Louis ,look at the famous photo of that upper cut .
Which of Holmes's opponents do you see as being better than these small old men? If their size and age is such an issue, then surely Holmes must have been able to beat some better men.
How about addressing the fact that your original statement was wrong? I see most of Holmes 's opponents being better than Lastarza and ****ell don't you? BTW it was you who raised the size issue with your original statement ,[ since proved wrong,] that Marciano fought men mostly bigger than himself. Holmes beats everyone Marciano beat imo and none of them knock him down either.
I think you are the one that needs to seek medical help. You are deranged, there can be no other reason for your childish revisionist views on Marciano. Just look back at the nonsense you have written. You have this stumpy armed SMALL Cruiserweight moving around and battering top 10 ATG guys anything from 35 - 50 lbs heavier than him, not to even mention height and reach advantages. You say you used gym's in N.J. well I once read there are more psychiatrists in New York, than there are garbage collectors, perhaps you should make an appointment to see one of them. After all it's not that far.
I read that he briefly used weights but was advised to stop because at the time the conventional wisdom was that weights made you "musclebound".
Hang on a minute. Are you now claiming that Walcott, Charles, and Moore beat Holmes as well? If so this is going from the sublime to the ridiculous. If Holmes had battered what was left of those 5 guys Marciano fought in W.T.F. he would be considered one up from a child abuser.
Holmes was 212 for ****ey and was in incredible shape. That's a 210 pound hwt. Marciano was around 187. That's a 190 pound hwt. Mcvey.....you are desperate now. Bottom line is the weight difference you claim was so overwhelming is inconsequential. Foxy all the insults in the world won't change you don't know what great fighting ability is all about. Size should be one of the last things you should mention but it's your first. This tells me your an Amateur. Sorry.
