I think he looks GREAT! Yeah, he's smaller, but more toned. He did lose a load of weight after leaving WWE (I thought they said he was sick), and then he gained some weight back, and started fighting MMA. Think he's around the same size right now as his other MMA fights.
Lashley came in at a shredded 246lbs. Noticeably lighter than his usual 255 or so mark. This content is protected He's physical conditioning looks awesome. Dude should have been a BB.
Nope. Watch some of his fights. Lashley moves VERY well for such a big man. Matter of fact i think his striking is better than Brocks.
Lashley is a brick **** house and at the weigh in he looks noticably more lean. I'm glad to see that as I think it will help him.
I'm hoping he gets a good win tonight and then steps up in competition. There are loads of good fights for him in Strikeforce: established heavyweights like Arlovski, Rogers and Bigfoot, and fellow prospects like Daniel Cormier and Shane Del Rosario.
