Last nights BN/Frank bill was rubbish in every way..

With all the talk of a new era. If you compare it to sky they are miles behind.

The whole presentation while above box nation was still shoddy and a farce.

The post Flanagan fight interviews was amateur hour. Bunce is dreadful once you take him outside a studio.

The main event was a complete bore fest which wouldn't of helped gain new fans

 

I thought they might have had Ian darke on commentary. Am I the only person that doesn't like John rawling? He continues to get the names mixed up.

 

What do you mean, you haven't heard of Manuel Maidana?

Marcos Maidana was wrongly referred to as Manuel in commentary...!!

 

Can't believe I missed that one, he's obviously been watching fawlty towers again. Like I said he does it all the time.

it was a very poor atmosphere as well, Smith vs Williams should have been in Liverpool or Wales.

 

I was there atmosphere was brilliant during and after the Liam fight. The arena was full then and hungry for more. They then decided on huge gaps inbetween fights and putting woman's stuff on after it. It was like shooting the night in the head. They made a huge mistake with Adams on then, the crowd dwindled and as the Flanagan fight wasn't a classic by the end there was t many left. I felt a bit sorry for Terry.

I think if they had Adams on early and got Flanagan on quickly after Smith v Williams the momentum would have been maintained and people would have stayed.

 

yeah it was a dumb move putting Adams on inbetween. On TV it seemed pretty quiet mostly during the smith- williams fight, and DEAD during the Flanagan fight.

 

It's was seriously poor, the Adams fight being that far up the bill was embarrassing and the Smith Vs Williams fight left a bad taste with what I thought was a very controversial ending and Flannagan held quite a lot and looked bang average.

The Dubois "fight" was completely ridiculous, it was that bad I believe the BBBofC should ask a few questions.

Hearn must have been rubbing his hands if he sat through any of that or even heard about it because he knows boxing fans have a choice, they either get that sort of show last night or PPV events on Sky Box Office and even I would have been happy to pay for a British title fight on Sky last night instead of watching that joke of a show.
